The earliest concept of the kundalini I could find was from the 7th century BCE. Some scholars date the composition of Genesis spanning from the 8th to 3rd century BCE unless you accept tradition that Moses wrote the original then it's much earlier. So at least the dates for the Kundalini and Adam and Eve story coincide, although I'm not convinced that the writers knew about Hindu writings to be familiar with Kundalini. It's possible and would be interesting.
