a good heist movie?

mainly serious, only a little comedy

the seasoned thief is talked into "one last job," and plot twist, this actually works out!

I don't know if there such a movie, I'm just spinning ideas

Home Alone came to mind but the bad guys failed to get the goods at the end of the day. I've seen older movies where the somewhat bad guys good guys are successful with one last major hit. Ocean's 11, starring Brad Pitt and George Clooney, comes to mind although it's not a holiday season movie.
