Ad Astra looks good, still cant pirate it lol
With Brad Pitt? I saw that one. It was okay, not as good as Interstellar but worth watching if you like that genre.

They chose a weird planet for the climax towards the end. The bad guy docked right off of the planet Neptune lol.

een The Expanse? Series
No.. haven't seen it yet. But if it gets into some drama, like focusing people sleeping together, I'd get a lil turned off as I'm expecting Sci Fi mostly.

That happened to me while I was watching doomsday setting type movie where a virus turned people into zombies. Called The Last of Us. One episode just focused mostly on two lovers and their interactions. Complete turn off.

Sorta an oldy from 1996.. Movie starring John Travolta called Phenomenon. Travolta's character gets hit by some alien force that comes from outer space. He then develops powers, has increased intelligence and psychokinesis. Had a bit of humor in it, as well. Setting was in the country side a California town..

If you're looking for a more lite movie - sort of like the Disney live action movies, then I can recommend two:
1. Race to Witch Mountain (2009) starring the Rock or Dwayne Johnson.
2. Max Steel (2016)

Tomorrow War is on my watch list for next weekend!
Got it up to watch later on tonight. If I catch anything else good after that without falling asleep... i'll post it here.

I give Tomorrow War a 3.5 or 4 out of 5. The story was good, and it was played out well with plenty of action. It was a long movie, I think over 2 hours long.

Not sure when was last time you saw Tomorrow War, but didn't like the idea of a war draft. That just bought back bad memories of how war drafts have been abused in the past, with the rich and powerful being able to somehow dodge the draft. Worst yet, in the movie, the draftees were 40 years-old and up. I like how the aliens were already on Earth but just buried deep down on some frozen Russian island. That runs different to them coming from outer space to attack. Interesting sci-fi story!
