Even if the athletes aren’t using steroids, bulking up this much just isn’t healthy.
Yes very true. Behind closed doors I'm sure plenty of high school athletes are taking performance enhancing drugs. They may not call it steroids but I see no difference if it's to bulk you up and help you perform better. Apparently, only Illinois and New Jersey conduct random drug testing for their sports programs.
