"our Father who might be in Heaven hallowed be thy name"
I was thinking about this the other day. Agnostics can still pray. They just need to modify the language.
"God, assuming you exist, I need your help"
"Lord to be honest I'm not sure you are there. And I might be just talking to myself.
But I need to talk to someone. And you seem like a good listener because you rarely talk back. And there is a good chance you really created me. I mean who made who? I didn't create me. And neither did my parents really.
My counsellors have lost interest in my sad story. People online are tired of showing sympathy. My friends have deserted me. You are the only one left. I need you to exist. "

Some agnostics would probably use more general language, especially the ones that are familiar with different religions and conceptions of God.
