On Trump's 90 days ...
I think he's been a nightmare for the media and Democrats, but I don't think he's been as bad for the American people. I say this because a lot of the things that the mainstream media and Dems. make out to be controversies aren't really as bad as they put it. I suppose one big factor with me is that I don't really put much stock into what Trump says when he's at a big event in front of the cameras but rather I go by his policy and actions.
On immigration, I think Trump has been effective although his tactics are heartless. The number of encounters with undocumented migrants at the border is down. I think he effectively turned off the magnet that was driving a lot of migrants to the border. Deporting people to tough prisons in El Salvador,
On economy - well I don't know yet. I keep hearing price of eggs as a symbolic measure for inflation, and last I checked those prices were down. Yet to be seen if his tariffs will work long term as it is having lots of negative effects in the immediate term now.
On the Democrats 90 days into Trump's presidency ...
Honestly, they've been horrible. It seems that they are just resisting on anything, instead of just resisting on things that are really bad. It's like they are against Trump even if he's doing something good sometimes. I think Trump is to blame somewhat because his rhetoric is very polarizing so that is going to make the other side hate you and give you a hard time.
I don't see a clear leader nor clear platform for the Democrat party. I think they are searching, but hopefully they leave their feelings out of it.
